Sewage, wastewater treatment process used MBR
The CleanFlux membrane module is submerged in the aeration tank to permeate the water except the sludge, and the SRT (Solid Retention Time) is maintained at a high MLSS concentration to maximize the organic removal efficiency. membrane modules are cleaned through regular Clean In Place (CIP) and air is generated to prevent contamination of the membrane module.
Advanced treatment process
It provides a system capable of immersing the CleanFlux membrane with nano pores directly into the precipitation tank.
The CleanFlux system allows complete control over the quality of the water discharged by immersing it directly in the precipitation tank and is able to recover the phosphorus present in the sludge and effectively remove nitrogen.
Nitrogen, phosphorus removal process
A process consists of anoxic tank, anaerobic tank and membrane separation tank. nitrogen and phosphorus are removed through circulation process of anoxic tank and anaerobic tank, and BOD and Suspended Solid (SS) are removed from membrane separation tank. Sludge accumulated in the membrane separation tank promotes sludge loss through anoxic tank and anaerobic recycling process.
RO pretreatment process (reuse)
It can be used as drinking water or ultrapure water through UF or RO in ground water or rainwater, and the wastewater generated in the process can be treated through submerged membrane separation tank and discharged or reused.
